Marketing & Client Service

Responsibilities:

 - Support the marketing and branding activities.

 - Search and contribute articles/editorials for online marketing campaigns and company's website.

 - Support the HR operational work (payroll, benefits, VISA, etc.) to understand the services offered by the company.

 - Handle client's enquiries and concerns.

 - Contribute to business development by adding new clients.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

 - Candidate will be involved in the day to day operations to understand the business well which would also include the out of office work.

 - Searching and Drafting the HR related articles for marketing and branding usage.

 - Maintaining and updating the contents of company website.


After completing the probation and based on the performance the candidate will be promoted and thus will be expected to serve clients directly and be in charge of some marketing projects. Subsequently with the company's as well as your growth you will be given the responsibility of handling international assignments.

 

Requirements

 - Fluent in English (Overseas educational background is preferred)

 - Passion for marketing and client services;

 - Commit to growth and willing to win;

 - Innovative and creative, easy going, mature;

 - Detail oriented and good people sense;

 - Logical and professional.

 

The position mixes marketing and client service role which is common in HR industry.
