Can the employer in China transfer their positions or reduce their wages if the female employee is during her pregnancy or lactation period?

If a female employee does not adapt to her original position during pregnancy or lactation, she may negotiate with the employer to adjust her position during that period or improve the corresponding working conditions. The employer shall not reduce her original wage.
