What are the regulations on paternity leave for employees in China?

If a child is born in accordance with laws and regulations, the man shall enjoy 10 days of paternity leave. The paternity leave of 10 days shall be used during the maternity leave (including weekends) and shall be postponed in case of legal holidays. The salary during the paternity leave shall be paid according to the salary due to his normal attendance.
