The next step for Sarine is promoting its new services including AI lab services, traceability solutions, and retail solutions. China no doubt is one of the key markets to focus on.
Although Sarine has authorized distributors in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Mainland China and its products served these markets for more than 10 years, the company needed qualified personnel who base in China, knew the Chinese market to promote the new services and solution and enhance the brand awareness locally so that they could solve problems and find new opportunities effectively and efficiently.
As Sarine has no entity in Mainland China, the biggest challenge for Sarine at that time was finding an effective method of hiring local employees and complying well with local laws and regulations related to employees’ taxes, salaries, and benefits.
