In China, the PEO service covers payroll and mandatory benefits (social insurance, housing fund, individual income tax, disability fund, union fee) handling.
In China, each city has its own policies that are involved regarding payroll calculation and processing. That’s over 670 cities and 160+ policies that may impact payroll calculation and processing. Luckily, working with a professional payroll company can help you avoid this hassle.
